WHEN Stories Radio Network
WHEN Everything Changed…
Welcome to the WHEN Stories Radio Network.
The WHEN Stories Radio Network is a curated broadcast platform documenting the moments that change everything — when lived experience becomes authority, and a story is formally placed on record.
Hosted by Wendy Babcock and the Certified WHEN Stories Facilitators, each broadcast features women who have taken the WHEN Stories stage to share a defining moment from their life or business. These are not guest interviews or open submissions. Every story you hear has been intentionally developed, delivered live on stage, and professionally documented as part of the WHEN Stories experience.
Each broadcast includes an authority-framing conversation followed by the speaker’s live stage story — preserving the moment their work, voice, and message became visible in a permanent way.
The WHEN Stories Radio Network exists to honor transformation, resilience, and leadership — not as inspiration alone, but as legacy. These stories are archived as part of a growing public record, reminding us that impact doesn’t just happen… it’s claimed, spoken, and preserved.
Listen to broadcasts that move beyond motivation and into meaning.
Stories that don’t disappear after the applause fades.
Stories that live on.
This is WHEN Stories. On record.
All broadcasts originate from the WHEN Stories stage.

In "Get Ready to Own Your Worth," Jen Bee takes us back to where her story really begins — as the daughter of Cuban immigrants navigating a childhood marked by survival, loss, and prejudice. She learned early to shrink, to perform, and to earn her place. That pattern followed her into a successful corporate career she eventually realized was built on everyone else's version of who she should be.
So she left. Six figures on the table. And it didn't go smoothly.
Her first business closed. The plan didn't work. But instead of calling it proof that she was wrong to try, Jen called it data — and rebuilt. Within six months she had not only matched her corporate salary, she surpassed it. The difference wasn't a better strategy. It was a decision to stop hiding.
The bowtie you'll notice? It's not a style choice. It's a declaration. Jen wears it as a daily act of showing up as exactly who she is — and she'll tell you that is the most powerful business move she ever made.
Coach Jen Bee is a business empowerment coach, speaker, retreat leader, and founder of G.R.O.W. — Get Ready to Own Your Worth. She helps women entrepreneurs get visible, get seen, and supercharge their impact and income through aligned action and unapologetic authenticity. When she's not coaching, you'll find her with her two adopted sons and wife of 14 years, yelling at Florida Gators games, geocaching, or chatting up a complete stranger.
Her message: the biggest leap isn't the perfect plan. It's taking messy, aligned action anyway.
